Orders & Prescriptions
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. We supply against a valid UK prescription via our GPhC-registered partner pharmacy. We also supply without prescriptions in some special cases.
How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, complete checkout, and you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change my address or items after ordering?
Contact support before dispatch. After dispatch we cannot reroute temperature-controlled parcels.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link when your parcel leaves the pharmacy.
Shipping & Packaging
How is retatrutide shipped?
In insulated, temperature-controlled packaging with data-logged cold packs to maintain 2–8 °C during transit.
Where do you deliver?
UK mainland and NI. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or outside the UK.
What if I’m not home?
For cold-chain items, the courier cannot leave the parcel unattended. Missed deliveries will be re-attempted or held for collection.
Quality & Authenticity
Are your products genuine?
Yes. We source from authorised wholesalers. Every pack is batch-tracked with full pedigree.
Can I see batch and expiry details?
Yes. We include batch/LOT and expiry on your pack label.
Do you provide a temperature record?
Yes. We monitor each shipment; we can supply a temperature log on request.
Storage & Handling
How should I store retatrutide on arrival?
Refrigerate immediately at 2–8 °C. Do not freeze. Keep in the original carton to protect from light.
What if the pack arrived warm or frozen?
Contact support within 24 hours. Do not use the product until we confirm stability from the temperature log.
What is the shelf life?
See the pack. Use before the printed expiry. Once in use, follow the patient leaflet for in-use storage times.
How do I dispose of used pens/needles?
Use a sharps bin. Request one at checkout or from your local pharmacy. Do not place needles in household waste.
Damages, Missing Items & Temperature Excursions
My parcel arrived damaged, what now?
Photograph the outer box, inner packaging, and product within 24 hours and contact us. We’ll investigate and replace if confirmed.
The seal is broken or an item is missing.
Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll resolve or replace once verified.
The courier delayed my parcel; is it still safe?
We’ll review the temperature log. If the excursion exceeds stability limits, we’ll replace the order at no cost.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I return medicines?
By law, pharmacy medicines cannot be returned once supplied unless faulty or sent in error.
When do refunds apply?
Refunds are issued for orders cancelled before dispensing, courier loss, or confirmed faults. Processing time: 3–5 working days to the original payment method.
Restocking or delivery fees?
Non-fault cancellations after label creation may incur a fee to cover packaging and courier booking.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank Transfer Only. We don’t accept cash on delivery.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes, where applicable. Prescription medicines are generally zero-rated; delivery charges may include VAT.
Safety & Support
Can you give medical advice?
We provide medicine information, but not diagnosis. For clinical advice speak to your GP or prescriber.
